BillButler.info is a web site designed to inform you about Bill Butler (William Butler, Jr.). For many years, Bill Butler has tried to defame me by posting derogatory, false information on his web site about me. For the most part, I've ignored Bill Butler, but after he recently posted some personal and private information of mine on the internet, I asked him to remove it and he wouldn't. In fact, Butler told me I needed to pay him a sum of money before he'd remove it! This caused me to contact Bill's web host, in order to ask them to take action, but they have not and apparently will not. Bill Butler contacted me with some reasons why he's legally allowed to post my private information on the internet, so I figured it was high time I create a web page dedicated to William Butler, Jr. (also known as Bill Butler, Butler or Billy Butler).

For those of you like me, who don't have a lot of time for this nonsense, let me summarize who Bill Butler is and why he hates me. Bill Butler is a man who lives in Durango, Colorado. Butler doesn't believe in God and he likes to fight against Christians like me who take a stand for their beliefs. In fact, Bill even likes to twist things around that Christians say, in order to try to make them look silly and belittle their arguments.

A short while after Bill Butler began attacking us, he created a few web pages to try to damage my reputation. On one of these web pages, Butler decided to use some of my copyrighted graphics. When I asked Bill to remove them, he declined. Therefore, I contacted his web host and they took his site down. They took his site down because I also filed a lawsuit in my local court against Bill Butler, in order to have them order him to take down my images.

Bill Butler decided to hire an attorney to represent him in San Diego, which is where I live. However, my claim was filed in the wrong court because I needed to file it in his court in Durango, Colorado (even though I didn't realize this at the time). When my court date came, I was unable to go to court against Bill Butler and the court threw it out without prejudice because it was filed in the wrong location. This apparently made Butler angry, so he has been trying to defame me ever since. He is guilty of libel and slander.

Will I file a claim in the Durango court against Bill Butler? Of course. I'm not sure when, though. I don't see the need to pay a lawyer to do so right now, but I may travel there one of these days and do it myself. In the meantime, I'm keeping track of Bill Butler's antics and keeping track of the damages his lies has caused. I could easily sue him for his hate site and how he has illegally used my copyrighted images. In the meantime, Bill Butler is in my prayers and I hope God saves his unbelieving soul.

Finally, I'll make Bill a deal. If and when Bill Butler decides to remove his hate pages about me, I will be happy to remove this page about him. Until that time, I'm happy to expose Butler here and I should have done it long ago. It's one thing to be an atheist or unbeliever, but it's another thing to attack Christians, make up lies about them, post private information against their will and steal copyrighted images. You should be ashamed of yourself, Bill. I hope you grow up and  knock it off.

By the way, everything on Bill Butler's site is either a lie or an exaggeration. If you have a question about anything, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'd be happy to clear up any misunderstanding or explain the truth to you regarding any of Bill Butler's allegations.
